Custom made and Personalized orders are non-returnable unless they do not match SHIPPING
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package. It will be shipped via DHL. All our products ship from Lebanon to the destination of your choice around the globe. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within two to seven business days depending on your location.
CUSTOMS AND TAX
Goods may be liable to taxes and customs in some countries.
Our prices exclude all import duties, customs and taxes at destination countries.
DELIVERY
We deliver worldwide for free with DHL where DHL goes, if for any reason DHL cannot deliver to your location your order might be cancelled and refunded.
Bags manufacturing time is around 3 weeks from receipt of payment for customized items please allow DHL delivery time.
Please note we cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies. Orders to P.O. Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies may be subject to cancellation.
A full delivery address is required including a contact name and telephone number.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 7 days from receiving your order to arrange your return. Send us an email to ri.sa@me.com and we shall get back to you to begin with the return process.
In case of return, please note that we do not have a refund policy, however, we shall provide you with a store credit.
Original order. We will embroider the bag with exact spelling, shape and capitalization you have provided. We shall send you the final design layout before manufacture so please double check your final design before confirming your order.
